14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
